We take special care in packaging and delivering your products


The delivery fees on our website cover all actions required to ship your products in the best conditions:

 

We always send our products in appropriately sized parcels to minimize magnetic fields or any interference that could block sorting systems of our partners. This packaging ensures the integrity of your products during delivery to the greatest extent possible.

 

FREE SHIPPING IN MAINLAND FRANCE FOR ORDERS OVER €100 EXCL. VAT

 

We offer free shipping for any order exceeding €100 (excl. VAT) placed on magnetiques.fr and shipped within mainland France.

 

Note that free shipping does not apply to very large items such as whiteboards or large-format magnetic rolls.

PRODUCT RETURNS

 

Individual customers have a 14-day withdrawal right. However, custom-made and/or personalized items are not subject to this right of withdrawal. More information is available on the service.public.fr website.

All returned products must not have been used or damaged by the customer. They must be returned in their original packaging or, if not available, in suitable packaging.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER

We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit. It is therefore recommended that the customer uses a tracked shipping service. In case of loss or damage during transit, the customer must directly contact their carrier.
To facilitate your refund, please include a note with your order details or a copy of your invoice inside the package.

Magnetiques.fr only refunds products in their original condition.
The refund will be processed within a few days after receipt and verification of the returned product, directly to your card or via bank transfer (please include your bank account details).

 

IMPORTANT

 

We take all possible precautions in packaging to ensure that your order is delivered in good condition.
However, in accordance with Article L133 of the Commercial Code, once your order leaves our premises, the carrier is solely responsible for the final condition of the goods.
You must, therefore, check the merchandise upon arrival, unpack it, and, if necessary, note any specific reservations on the delivery receipt. The carrier is legally obliged to wait for you to unpack the goods if you request it.

Note: The phrase "subject to unpacking" has no legal value. Your reservations must be detailed and specific (e.g., damaged sheet, impact, etc.).
Once reservations are made, you have 3 days to dispute the delivery with the carrier (and only with them) via registered mail.

These conditions are mandatory to obtain reimbursement for a damaged item through the carrier’s insurance.
We cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for a carrier's fault, nor can we oversee a delivery on your behalf.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS - DELIVERY ERRORS

 

If you notice a delivery error or defective product, please notify us by email or phone.
After verification, we will provide you with a return slip and proceed with an exchange or refund of the product.
