The AAIS Printing Company - Magnetiques.fr

AAIS - Magnetiques.fr is a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) with just over ten employees, located in the heart of the Alps, near Grenoble.

Founded in 1977, AAIS - Magnetiques.fr specializes in screen printing and digital printing on all types of media. We print signage panels, point-of-sale displays, PVC cards, advertising stickers, technical stickers, front panels, rigid boards, and more.

In the early 2000s, we had the opportunity to work with magnetic rubber and began diversifying our range of printed products. Gradually, we specialized in magnets and magnetic products, eventually launching our online store, www.magnetiques.fr, in 2008.

Leveraging our printing expertise

To develop our magnetic products, we relied on our printing and finishing skills, as well as our machinery.

Flatbed printing, laser cutting, milling, lamination, and mounting – our goal is to master every step of production, from creation to the final realization, in order to meet our clients' customized project needs.

Our expertise allows us to design both magnetic products and custom ferrous supports compatible with magnets, such as personalized whiteboards, portable boards, decorative adhesive supports, and more. 

Custom manufacturing is in our DNA

At AAIS, we take the time to experiment with new materials, new combinations, and create new products. That’s how we started venturing into magnetic products in the early 2000s.

Learning to do things ourselves is part of the DNA of AAIS Printing. Every month, we design custom magnetic products for our clients, taking the time to listen and understand each project to find the most suitable solution.

Partnership and production facility

When we began selling magnetic products, it seemed natural to also offer magnets and magnetic fastening systems. We quickly focused on neodymium magnets, a high-end and powerful type of magnet.

All the magnets you’ll find on our site are made from an alloy of iron, boron, and neodymium, sourced from rare earth elements. Like over 90% of the neodymium magnets produced worldwide, these magnets are manufactured in China, which holds a near-monopoly on rare earth deposits.

Since 2014, AAIS has partnered with a Chinese manufacturer to develop its own lines of magnetic products. This partnership allows us to maintain control over the quality of the products sold on magnetiques.fr.

This collaboration provides us with our own production line and enables us to offer custom magnet creation tailored to our clients’ specific needs.
